Mothers of Invention, podcast from Doc Society
Lately I’ve been doing some work with Doc Society, on their podcast Mothers of Invention. It’s a feminist climate justice podcast, looking at all the ways that women around the world are leading the charge on climate change solutions. It’s hosted by former Irish president Mary Robinson, and comedian Maeve Higgins.
I worked with tape collected by producers on the ground, editing together stories from places like Kenya, Nigeria, Detroit and Puerto Rico. I had the chance to work on the narrative for these stories, as well as cutting tape and doing sound design.
I’m really happy I got to part of the first season of the show!
